H.E. Dr. Tariq Sultan Bin Khadim, member of Sharjah Executive Council, Chairman of Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources, met with the Heads of the Directorate’s Departments, in the presence of Abdullah Salem Al Mashwi, Director of Human Resources Department and Abdullah Ibrahim Al Zaabi, Director of Branches Affairs.
During the meeting, His Excellency reviewed the results and achievements of the Directorate’s Departments and the levels of achieving the strategic goals and indicators.
The Heads of Departments made presentations to highlight the outcome of the topics listed on the annual agenda, the latest developments and all the results related to the important projects and programmes executed by every Department.
 
The meeting focused on the discussion of the Emirate’s efforts in supporting employment, in line with the relentless direction of H.H. Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qassimi, Member of Supreme Council, Ruler of Sharjah, may God preserve him, in assuming responsibility towards employment, creating opportunities and investing in national youth manpower.
 
The appropriate recommendations were also reviewed during the meeting for the development of the next stage of the most important projects and initiatives, in order to reach the best results that would contribute to setting and updating the Directorate’s development plans. He discussed the most prominent objectives of the next stage, which is investing in human resources, developing them and developing their capacities and skills in order to improve the performance and competence.
 
The Chairman of the Directorate appreciated, during the meeting, the efforts of the Departments, noting that there are many challenges and that uniting efforts and working with the spirit of one team is the best means to achieve the goals that the Government of Sharjah aims to achieve.
